The high point cup is awarded to the Trainer who’s students have earned the most points in the 2025 year.

Eligibility: 

All Trainees must be registered with the BCEC for 2025. If they are non-riding, their membership is free. Trainees Must be registered under their name for the show and classes they competed in 

Honor System: Trainers must be actively training trainees in the classes they are riding in. If they did not train them for those classes, they need to let the show manager know. 

Team Changes or Withdrawals If a member wishes to switch trainers, they may do so, but all previous points earned under a registered Training Program will belong to the trainer they originally rode with.

All points associated with these members will be added to our leader board on our website. Only show or mounted event earned points will count. 

 

Example: 

Student Competed in BCEC Horse Show and earned points (Counts)

Student earned points volunteering at non BCEC equine event. (Does not Count)

Student Participated in a non BCEC Competitive Trail Event with Trainer (Counts)

Student Volunteered at BCEC Horse Show (does not count). 

-Bottom Line: The points you earn have to be related to what you train your students and it must be mounted activities. 

 

Please note: While we do not report records to formal equine organizations, we do publish trainer names on our show documents, scores, media, and our website. If you do not wish to have your name public, do not register for this program.
