Our events host a wide amount of equestrians and their supporters. Your support not only can help provide better services for our riders, but can also provide your business advertisement at our events. Contact the Show Manager for additional information.
2025 Sponsors:

Class Sponsorship
Base Fee $50 per class + Your Cash Prize Amount

Class sponsorship means you will be awarding the winners a cash prize of your choosing. You choose the amount to give to the class winner or winners (1-3rd)

You can provide your own banner or we will have one made for you (at additional cost, but banner will be yours to keep). Banner will be placed on side of arena visible for audience and show photography.

Your logo will be on display on our social media feed when advertising the class and on printed show ads.

Winners Circle Set Sponsorship
$200
Every show we will have a spot dedicated for our show winners. This is one of our main photo spots and will be heavily featured in our social media.
Sponsorship will include a poster inside the winners circle window frame.

Jump or Obstacle Sponsorship

Jumps are decorated based on the show theme.

$50: 24"x18" yard sign placed in front of a jump set or other event course features. Your logo with “Presented by”

$75+ Judge Table Banner
-
JUMPS: Custom set by our local equestrian jump designer, Shawna Bolt. You will be able to keep the set after the show. Shawna will customize it to your specifications. Must be made at least 45 Days Prior to Show. Must Pick up after show.

Banners
$25+
Banner placement in the arena is $25 if you provide your own banner.

Banner costs vary based on quality and if design assistance is needed, but range from $65+. You will keep the banner after the show.


Hydration Station and First Aid
Free!

Sponsorship for these types of booths are free.

Banners will be made for these services free of charge.

Ad space and other privileges will also be included.

Please provide a tent that can be secured in windy weather or have a vehicle that has obvious signs or designations.

You are free to have your company logo on display and sell products or services while providing these services. These roles are limited per show.

Hydration Station: Must provide water, cups, or electrolyte drinks.
-
Human First Aid: Must provide someone who can provide emergency first responder services. They must have their own supplies.
-
Equestrian First Aid: Must have equestrian first aid supplies and veterinarian skills.

Vendors
Fee is $50 for table/tent. $100 for a vehicle.

First event is free. You may bring your own banner to place in the arena or have us print one for you (Additional fees apply.)

Products do not have to be equestrian related.

All services must be conducted in a manner that will not interfere with the production of the show.

Food Rules
-
Homemade Food: You need a food handlers certification and label your food clearly. Your labels must include the name and address of your business, the name of the product, a list of allergens, and a statement that the food is made in a home kitchen. You also can't sell foods that require specific temperature controls to avoid bacteria growth, or distribute your food wholesale.

If you're selling food at a temporary event on commercial property, you may need a temporary food establishment license, which you must purchase at least three days before the event.

If you are selling pre-packaged snacks (ex:Bag of chips), you will not need a food handlers certification.

Some venues have exclusive rights to sell concessions, please verify with the show manager if food is allowed to be sold at the event.

Full Show Sponsorship

You will have your logo on all the championship ribbons or trophies. (If purchased within time of the show)

The show logo will have “sponsored by” in all social media images.

Banner will be given priority space in the arena.
-
50% of the jumps and obstacles will have yard sign logos in photo view.

Winners Circle will have your logo in the large backdrop. (You can bring a banner or we will have one made for you to keep)

You will have priority vendor access to the event.

You may present the awards to the winners at the end of the day.

Photos of the winners will be provided to you and the winners.
